It's me again

I promise to write here more often, make more art AND take pictures of it so that you can see. But right now, I N-E-E-D to organize my studio (and garden). I am ready to start making things! I can't wait to get started and share with you. Hopefully I can start that Etsy shop, too :) I am planning some tutorials and maybe, just maybe, some kind of a giveaway once I open shop.

Gardening

I have that gardening urge....I planted a bunch of seeds and would really LOVE it if the weather would cooperate so that I can plant them outside. I think I am going to plant the hardier ones and then save the others for a little while longer. On that note...I am off!

Distracted

The weather has been sooooooo nice over here....I get distracted easily by the sunshine. I promise not to let it distract me too much in the near future ;)

To update you, dear reader, I have been updating my resume, organizing my portfolio images, finishing up some pending projects and having fun at Little League games. I am planning to be here more often, but need to do more organizing right now...in the form of backing up my hard drive. Blech. But necessary!

I've been playing

What do you think of the new header? It is really blurry, for some reason. I just got Adobe Creative Suite 4 on my Mac...and I have been playing and getting acquainted with it. SO far, I am in love. I bet I will come up with another one, since I am not to thrilled with this one.

And now on to the next project

That project, dear friends, is self promotion. Oi. I really, really, really would love to have a home based art/design business and I think I am finally motivated enough to get serious and start. For real this time. Sorta scary and kinda cool all at the same time. I just feel like I am at a good place in my life to start one. The husband has a good job and I have made some serious extra cash lately...which reminds me to send an invoice out...so here we go. It will be crazy, hectic, stressful and totally, totally worth it.
